Welcome to afatogel. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and afatogel ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at afatogel.cam.

By creating an account, accessing the afatogel platform, depositing funds, claiming any bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all services offered by afatogel, including but not limited to live casino games, slot machines, sports betting, lottery-style games, arcade games, and all promotional offers made available to registered players. These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with afatogel, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. Afatogel enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with standard international licensing requirements applicable to casino-style gambling.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located within, a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Platform or placing any wager.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or permanently banned from the afatogel Platform or any related service operated by the Company.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of afatogel or any affiliated entity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Your participation in any game or betting market offered on the Platform is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your country of residence.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account with afatogel at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must notify afatogel promptly if any of this information changes.

Afatogel operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement)
• Selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document

Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Afatogel reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

Afatogel accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via a range of supported payment methods, which currently include but may not be limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, USDT, and BTC.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and DuitNow transactions and RM50 for FPX bank transfers, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and account tier. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Afatogel does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Afatogel reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Deposited funds cannot be used to participate in any service that is not permitted under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Afatogel does not permit withdrawal to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum single-withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method and account tier.
• Withdrawals are generally processed to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within under 5 minutes; to DuitNow and FPX within 5–15 minutes; and via direct bank transfer within 15–60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes and are not guaranteed.
• Where a deposit was made by a specific payment method, afatogel may require the withdrawal to be processed via the same method up to the value of the original deposit.
• Afatogel reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request. This may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.

Active bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings derived solely from those Bonus Funds.

Afatogel offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus (maximum value MYR 2,880), weekly cashback, reload bonuses, the migration bonus programme (up to MYR 588), and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page in addition to these General Terms.

The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified duration from the date of credit. Unused bonuses that expire are automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are detailed on the promotion page.
• Afatogel reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with an active bonus at the time of cancellation will not be disadvantaged with respect to the terms under which the bonus was credited.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the exploitation of promotion loopholes, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or structured betting designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are credited to a player's account once per household, IP address, and payment method. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only.

All wagers placed on afatogel are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or betting market in question, which are published within the relevant game or market interface. The following general rules apply across all product categories:

• Once a wager has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game or betting market, afatogel will endeavour to settle all affected bets in accordance with available information. Where a conclusive result cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and the original stake returned.
• Afatogel uses Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent testing laboratories for all applicable games. RTP figures displayed on slot games reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee returns on individual sessions.
• For sports betting, all markets are subject to the specific settlement rules published within the sportsbook. Asian handicap, over/under, Mix Parlay, and other bet types are governed by the rules stated at the time the market is accepted.
• Afatogel reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted erroneously due to a pricing error or system malfunction.
• Maximum win limits apply across all games and betting markets. These are displayed within each game and in the relevant product terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the afatogel platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing a third party to access or operate your account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other process;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to proceeds of crime or money laundering;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino, poker, or any competitive format;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any such winnings are not legitimate and will be voided;
• Systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage betting designed solely to exploit promotional terms, or any activity constituting an abuse of afatogel's promotional infrastructure;
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian or international law in connection with your use of the Platform.

Afatogel reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it reasonably suspects involves any of the above conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, afatogel may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings, recovery of incorrectly credited funds, and referral of information to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Key provisions applicable to all Players include:

• Minimum age: All players must be aged 21 or above. Afatogel actively monitors for underage gambling and will suspend any account where there is reasonable concern about the account holder's age.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Players may set loss limits to cap their maximum net losses over a specified period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently close their account for responsible gambling reasons may request self-exclusion via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the account is immediately suspended.
• Reality checks: Session duration notifications are available to help players monitor their time spent on the Platform.

Afatogel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, lawful online gaming activity as contemplated by these Terms. This licence does not include any right to use any afatogel trademark, logo, or commercial symbol without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, afatogel's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Afatogel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other commercial losses, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if afatogel has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Afatogel does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of services, for which afatogel shall not be liable.

Afatogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity;
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• Player request for account closure or self-exclusion;
• Any regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure.

Upon closure of an account for non-punitive reasons (e.g., voluntary closure or inactivity), any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method, subject to successful completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.

Where account closure is the result of confirmed fraudulent activity, abuse, or a material breach of these Terms, afatogel reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in the account.

Afatogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the amendment notice.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Afatogel operates this Platform for the personal entertainment of eligible players and does not represent that its services are appropriate or lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and afatogel, the Player is encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance. Afatogel will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints process. Players who remain dissatisfied following the internal process may seek resolution through any applicable external dispute resolution mechanism available in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you by law and that cannot be excluded or limited.
